I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is breathtaking, right on the water, which makes for a stunning view. The amenities are quite impressive, especially if you enjoy kayaking and snorkeling. However, the service was a real letdown, with one of the managers being particularly rude and unhelpful, which overshadowed my stay. Despite the great location and activities, I wouldn't recommend this place due to the poor management.
